1. Do I need to sign up with Shilpkriti India before I place my order ?
A: No. We do have an option of guest- checkout. Though signing up with Shilpkriti India is quick & easy and saves time on your next order. You can store your preferred addresses, track orders, save wishlist, store different payment methods. You also receive special promotion codes. But above all, you become part of our small artistic community that is full of craft, colour, and excitement
2. How do I register ?
A: You can register via email. Or directly login through your social media account Google/ Facebook.
3. I am unable to log into my account?
A: We are always there to help you. Please email us the issue along with the screenshot at email@example.com and we will look after it.
4. I forgot my password. What should I do now?
A: Don’t panic. Just click on lost your password button on the login page. Follow the prompt. An email will be sent to you on your registered email address, please follow the link to reset your password.
5. How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
A: Once you placed the order on our website, you will receive the confirmation email on your registered email id with the summary of order.
